How do I order items on this
site?
Just click on the shopping trolley to go
to the order area, you can either leave the item in your "basket" and keep
shopping,
or proceed to the checkout. Try it out if you like, as long as you
don't enter the checkout or enter any credit card or personal
details in the
ordering section. Details are only forwarded to LB Healing Products after you
have entered the checkout
area and completed the transaction.
I've never used a credit card
over the internet, how does it work?
Very
similar to other methods you've probably used, like touch-tone-phone transaction
such as paying the phone bill,
or giving your number over the phone. The
retailer processes the card details through his bank and your goods are
despatched.
I'd like to buy the goods, but I
don't have a credit card.
You can always
complete the order, by entering your personal information, without credit
card details (a further step) and print out
the completed order and post
it to us along with your cheque or money order.

Our products, in addition to
the usual legal requirements, are covered by
warranties as

Please note that returned
goods, unless for valid reason, will incur a "small return to stock fee" to
cover expenses.
The amount varies between $10 and $20 for larger
items.
When returning items for a valid reason, authorisation is first
required, and the method of return delivery is usually by Australia Post,
unless agreed otherwise.
While some companies offer a 30 day return
offer, there would have to be a very valid reason, this only applies to
appliances that have
proven not to conform to what could be reasonably
expected in the way of performance for that type of juicer, compared to similar
types.
Once a juicer for example has been well used, it becomes second hand
and can no longer be resold at the original price, reasonable
customers have
no difficulty in accepting this, as most people take responsability for their
decisions.
