Shopping Information
How do
I order items on this site? Just click on the shopping
trolley to go to the order area, you can either leave the item in your "basket"
and keep shopping, or proceed to the checkout. Try it out if you like, as long
as you don't enter the checkout or enter any credit card or personal details in
the ordering section. Details are only forwarded to
LB Healing Products after you have entered the checkout area and completed the
transaction.
Payment
Information: You can charge your purchase via
Bankcard, MasterCard & Visa. Or pay through Direct Bank Deposit. You can
also mail in your order and pay by money order or cheque, please allow 3-5 days
for processing. Please do not send cash. Orders with insufficient funds will be
cancelled immediately. GST must be charged for all Australian
Residents. The current Australian GST tax is 10%. Please also
note International residents are not required to pay sales/GST tax.

Shipping &
Handling: All orders are processed
immediately and shipped according to availability. Due to extremely popular
demand, certain items may not be readily available. These items will be shipped
immediately upon reception in our warehouse. Please allow up to 1-2 week for
delivery. The shipping and handling charges will be applied to the first
shipment ONLY, all back-ordered items will be sent at no additional charge, when
they become available. International Orders: We welcome
international orders, which are shipped via Air Mail. Any customs transactions
in the receiving country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders are
subject to verification. All international orders will be held for complete
shipment.
Availability:
Most items have a 24 hour availability, in which case means
they are in stock and will ship instantly on payment being received. All are
calculated in business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. If you
have a deadline, please contact us
via email, and indicate your deadline in the "Comments" section at the "Check
Out" point of your shopping cart. We will try our very best to work with you.
But we do not make any guarantees. Please note for your privacy, the
return address on your package(s) will state "LB Healing Products".
Backorders:
All IN-STOCK merchandise is shipped immediately.
Back-ordered items will be shipped, as they become available. Each back-order
will have different shipping times depending on the item bought, with a usual
minimum back-order shipping time of two weeks and a usual maximum of four.
Please feel free to contact us regarding shipping times on specific
items.
I've never
used a credit card over the internet, how does it
work? Very similar to other
methods you've probably used, like touch-tone-phone transaction such as paying
the phone bill, or giving your number over the phone. The retailer processes
the card details through his bank and your goods are despatched. Funds are not
deducted on line, but after typing out the invoice.
I'd
like to buy the goods, but I don't have a credit
card. You can always complete the order, by
entering your personal information, without credit card details (a further
step) and print out the completed order and post it to us along with
your cheque or money order.
Returns Our products, in
addition to the usual legal requirements, are covered by warranties
as specified on product pages. If you find
that you need to return or exchange an item, please make sure you ring or email
us first at sales@grainmills.com.au (this e-mail address is being protected from spam
bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it) to inform us of the issue and discuss the reason for your
return. Items that are returned to us without prior contact will not be eligible
for a return or credit. Postage costs are
non-refundable.
A return
enquiry must be accompanied by a very valid reason, this only applies to
appliances that have proven not to conform to what could be reasonably expected
in the way of performance for that type of product, compared to similar types.
Once an item has been used, it becomes second hand and can no longer be resold,
there is no refund on used items. Please note that returned
goods, unless for valid reason, will incur a "small return to stock fee" to
cover expenses, The amount varies between $10 and $20 for larger
items. When returning items for a valid reason, authorisation is
first required, and the method of return delivery is usually by Australia Post,
unless agreed otherwise.
Damaged in
Shipment: In the event an item
has been damaged, please keep the item in its original packaging and contact the
delivering carrier (Australia Post or Fastway) to arrange for
inspection. Our products, in addition to the usual legal requirements, are covered
by warranties
as specified on product pages.
