Test Samples of Millet The following pictures are
from the book "The Dynamics of Nutrition" written by Walther Roggenkamp There has been much speculation
as to whether or not processing harms the original food, now for the first time,
a technique has been developed that can test quality before and after. This crystalline makeup
can also be observed for liquids, such as water and milk, showing variations
before and after treatment or pasteurisation. It was proven that water has the
ability to remember vibrations or events that it was exposed to. The test samples shown below
have been mixed with a solution of CuCL2, which results in a crystalline type
pattern, this can reflect the integrity of the grain or food, before and after
processing. Note how the grain millet has been affected by processing, in this
case by cold and hot rolling. Millet grain after
the Hot-Rolling process You can see a definite
change in the quality and integrity of the grain after the milling processes.
